No more waiting for your statement to arrive in the mail! You receive exactly the same information in an online version of your statement as you would with a paper statement. The next business day after your statement is due, you can pull it up from your e-mail, print it, save it to a computer file, or save it to a disk or cd.
Similar to our Online Banking and Bill Pay products, delivery is secure from the point of origination through delivery to you. Simply complete the e-mail Statement Enrollment Form and return it to the Bank to begin receiving your statement by e-mail.

How do I receive my e-mail Statement? An e-mail notification will be delivered to the specified e-mail address when a statement is received in your CSIeSafe account. This e-mail will contain a link to the CSIeSafe site with instructions to use the link to access your statement.
E-mail statements are sent by 3:00 PM the next business day following a statement cycle cut. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.
Your statement can be delivered to multiple e-mail addresses (up to three), just include them on the e-mail Statement Enrollment Form.
Must have an e-mail address no longer than 100 characters. Internet access using Microsoft or Netscape Browser versions 4.0 or higher or other browser that supports 128 bit encryption. Must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3.0 or newer. Free at www.adobe.com
Your user name will be your e-mail address. The initial password will be provided to you by the bank for the initial sign-in to CSIeSafe.
The password provided to you by the bank will have to be changed at the initial log in.
Your statements are stored on the CSIeSafe secure server to give maximum protection to your statement information and to allow for larger file sizes for corporate customers. Statements are stored online for ninety (90) days. Prior to the expiration date, you need to print your statement or save it to your hard drive.
Yes through CSIeSafe. This change should be done prior to your next statement cycle date.
Go to the CSIeSafe site and click the Forgot Password tab and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to answer your secret question. A one-time password will be e-mailed to you. |
